PE WITH COACH BLACK OR COACH WHITE?
Any nation that vacates GOD’s commandments, by default, will become more ungodly and more evil. We hold these truths to be self-evident in the US wherein many teachers, therapists, youth ministers, pastors, and parishioners alike embrace apostasy as if it is both politically correct and innocuous. As the devil relentlessly seeks whomever he may devour, when pastors such as Rev. Phil Lineberger, Rev. C. L. Franklin, Rev. Ed Montgomery and Rev. Teddy Parker succumb to homicide and suicide, it behooves circumspect Christians to put on the whole armor of God. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ergo, in a nation wherein “In God We Trust” has become a mere creed on the money upon which it is printed, is there a Civil War against moral accountability and religion? Hypothetically, is Baphomet or the Body of Christ winning the war? For example, public school teachers, college professors, and civil servants in general risk losing their jobs, their pensions, and their certification/credentials, etc., dare they to be Biblically correct regarding sexual immorality. Yet, IF our children never study the Scriptures, then how will they ever discern what is morally right or wrong? To satiate the US Supreme Court’s fallacious interpretation of “separation” of Church and State, why not offer elective courses in Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism, thus providing students a moral choice apart from atheism? Despite their convergence on “marriage”, does the US Supreme Court feel as if it is smarter than or suddenly wiser than Buddha, Jesus Christ, Muhammad, and the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob? Explain. Undaunted, Victory In Christ Ensemble’s [VICE] enlightening exposé of politics, religion and sexuality explores this politically correct conundrum via ferreting the Scriptures. Throughout history, have not politically correct crowds demanded that sages such as Jesus Christ, Socrates, Servetus, Martin Luther, Galileo, Gandhi, Bonhoeffer, Medgar Evers, Martin Luther King, Jr., etc., drink hemlock, be stoned, be crucified, or otherwise martyred for their irreproachable integrity? Today, do most men strive to enlighten their peers via doing the right thing or do we prefer being docile, acquiescent team players? Whereas GOD mandates that men lead rather than follow, brothers, please check your spiritual rectitude vis-a-vis ungodliness in your children, your church, etc. Remember: “No man can serve two Masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” [Luke 16:13]
Imagine two high school PE coaches having different goals and expectations of their students. Coach Black tells his teenage boys that he expects them to be able to jog for three miles, do twenty chin ups, do one hundred sit ups, do one hundred crunches, and to do fifty push-ups in order to earn an A in his class. Coach White, however, explains to his students that PE is not all that important. Thus, he wants perfect attendance and just one lap around the football field for students to earn an A in his class. Can’t you see a deluge of students running to the guidance office to request a class schedule change? After the requests are granted, Coach Black now has only twelve boys of the initial fifty who still want the discipline and hard work he prescribes. Coach White, however, has so many students that he added a second period just to accommodate the overflow of incoming male students. Soon, Coach Black has his boys shedding fat, building muscle, getting fit, and acquiring both the self-confidence and physiques that girls adore. On the other hand, Coach White’s boys engage in horseplay, text their classmates, watch videos, play cards, or even sleep during his physical education class. By the end of the semester, Coach Black’s students have become star athletes in several sports, not to mention they also have beautiful cheerleaders fawning over them both on and off the field. To the contrary, twenty-six of Coach White’s lazy, obese students developed juvenile diabetes and one even had a heart attack before completing his single lap around the football field. Despite these disparities in fitness, Coach White was selected by the student body as Teacher of the Year. Amazingly, Coach Black’s contract was not renewed via the number of students complaining that he was too strict. Now, he is the general manager of a fitness club. Teachers, what’s wrong with this picture or are you too blind to see? By the way, the name of the fitness club is “God’s Gym”. Here’s Coach Black’s Spiritual Workout for adults who assiduously practice and pontificate virtuous living. Please join me, brothers, to develop our spiritual six-pack or do you prefer Coach White’s PE class?

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me. These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
