For example, will someone please explain how any President of the United States can justify bypassing both Congress and the Supreme Court via a secret Kill List, which includes some US citizens, in the context of protecting our Nation from “suspected terrorists” 6,000 miles away? Moreover, should the ethical burden of proof for any alleged “suspected terrorist” indicate his or her culpability beyond a reasonable doubt prior to the pronouncement of a death sentence?
